Special Classes

At Proctor Chiropractic we believe that education is an important part of health, wellness and rehabilitation. Our talented and diverse staff have put together special classes to help you improve your mind and body!


Fitness Yoga

Trainer Shannon Sharp combines strength and flexibility, building yoga poses to create a total body workout. Fitness Yoga is a complete workout- from breathing, warm-up, and heat-building exercises to deep stretches, cool-down and relaxation.

Classes are on Tuesdays 6:30-8:00pm at Proctor Chiropractic. Mats are included and classes are only $10! Sign up a friend and their first class is free! Call (253)756-7500 to sign up today.


Healthy Nervous System

Dr. Kristi Smith will lead a class on how to live with a healthy nervous system. The nervous system is the body's master system, it controls and coordinates all functions in your body. Focusing on a healthy nervous system is the first step to total health and fitness.

Class is from 6:30-7:30pm on Thursday May 15th in our clinic. Classes are free and space is limited so call (253)756-7500 now!
