My massage background is in treatment work for injuries, pregnancy, and deep tissue, but I also provide relaxation massage. I will always check with you regarding the pressure, so you get the pain-free results you hope for. I believe that body work should be both relaxing, and beneficial.
Whether your pain rests in your head, neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs or feet, I am knowledgeable about the muscles and facial structure of the body from head to toe.
When you walk into my massage room, my goal is to listen to your story, find what may be causing your pain, and develop the focus of your massage based on your needs and requests. I feel that I am very intuitive and have a knack for also hearing what you didn’t say out loud.
You, and only you, are in control of your health and wellbeing, but the doctors and I are here to work together to guide you through your journey toward a life with less pain, more movement, better posture, and greater health. I will give you personalized stretches and exercises for your homecare routine. I know that with the combined help of our doctors, massage therapists and patient participation, we'll help you achieve your wellness goals in no time.

I always knew I wanted to be a part of something where I could help people. Naturally, I found my way to Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts where I received my education in Massage Therapy.
I believe everybody and every body is different in how they need and receive care. Your treatment should be tailored to your individual preferences and challenges. My background in athletic, rehabilitation, and relaxation settings makes your massage treatment an easily adaptable experience.
Whether you are here to recover from an accident or surgery, general pain, pregnancy, or you simply want to relax, my goal is to have you leaving the office feeling taller, with less pain, and in a better mood.

I was raised in Mexico, and at age 17 I moved to the US looking for better opportunities and a better quality of life. I worked two jobs and 80 hours a week for 2 1/2 years. At age 22, I was introduced to massage thanks to one of my coworkers. He helped me to manage pain due to the long hours of work. After that, I decided to enroll in massage school at Cortiva Institute Seattle. Shortly after graduating, my wife and I moved from Seattle to Tacoma, where I started working in the a chiropractic environment.
I am a huge believer in team effort and the big picture. I like to work together with patients and doctors to achieve our goals. Massage for me is not only about short term results, it's about the future.
My style of massage is a combination of sports massage and trigger point treatment. I really appreciate being challenged by patients and pushed to be better therapist for them.
Some of the therapies that I use are: Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, chair massage, sports massage and basics of shiatsu.
